Violence and Anger.
In the experiencing of anger in awareness, anger is transformed to joy.
To go into the problem of anger and violence, we must be completely vulnerable, open to the fact of anger and violence. If we actually, with our heart, see the nature of violence and anger, see the danger of it, we are finished with it. Then we are left only with a passive awareness which is by nature joyful. So if one observes violence and anger with all his being, anger and violence flowers in passive awareness. The flowering of anger is the withering of it, leaving the residue after observation as joy, which is our intrinsic nature.

PREVENTION ORIENTATED TIPS FOR HEALTHY BLISSFUL LIVING:
*Meditation.
It's quick and easy to wash the mind, before we wash our body.
*Exercise
Stretch the body. It is designed for this.
* Nature
Enjoy the abundance of natural energy abounding and exuding in nature.
* Reading
Fill your mind with creative thought to set a standard and a focus.
*Eating.
Do eat in a natural way, when you are hungry. Regular small meals are fine.
What we eat is as important as when we eat.
*Sugar.
Sugar is an addictive poison.Beware.Read labels on all processed food, and avoid eating it.
* Water.
The champagne of life. Elevates our heart beat. Helps us then to breathe deeper....and to lessen our appetite, if it be too great!
