Enjoy the abundance of natural energy abounding and exuding in nature.
* Reading
Fill your mind with creative thought to set a standard and a focus.
*Eating.
Do eat in a natural way, when you are hungry. Regular small meals are fine.
What we eat is as important as when we eat.
*Sugar.
Sugar is an addictive poison.Beware.Read labels on all processed food, and avoid eating it.
* Water.
The champagne of life. Elevates our heart beat. Helps us then to breathe deeper....and to lessen our appetite, if it be too great!
